What age groups do you serve?

We serve children from 6 months to 12 years old across four main programs:
Daycare: 6 months – 2 years
Preschool: 2 – 4 years
Kindergarten: 4 – 5 years
Primary School: 6 – 12 years (Grades 1 to 6)

What are your school hours?

Daycare: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Preschool & Kindergarten: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Primary School: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Extended care options are available for all programs.

What is your teacher-to-student ratio?

Daycare: 1:4
Preschool: 1:6
Kindergarten: 1:8
Primary School: 1:15

Enrollment & Admissions

5. How do I enroll my child?
Enrollment can be done online via our website or in person. You'll need to complete an application form, submit relevant documents, and attend a brief orientation session.
6. Is there a waitlist?
Yes, some programs may have limited availability. We recommend applying early to secure a spot.
7. Are there any entrance assessments?
Assessments are only required for students entering the Kindergarten and Primary School levels to determine appropriate class placement.

Curriculum & Learning

8. What curriculum do you follow?
We use a blended curriculum that combines national standards with Montessori and play-based approaches for early childhood programs, and a strong academic foundation for Primary School.
9. Do you teach languages other than English?
Yes. We offer French, Spanish, German and Chinese languages as part of our curriculum starting from Preschool.
10. How do you support children with different learning needs?
We offer inclusive education and work closely with families and specialists to provide individualized support plans.

Health, Safety & Meals

11. What health and safety protocols are in place?
We follow strict hygiene practices, conduct daily health checks, and have security procedures such as secure entry, CCTV, and authorized pick-up lists.
12. Are meals and snacks provided?
Yes. We offer nutritious, child-friendly meals and snacks prepared on-site. Dietary restrictions and allergies are accommodated.
13. What happens if my child gets sick at school?
We have a dedicated nurse on staff. If your child becomes ill, you will be contacted immediately, and they’ll be cared for in a safe, supervised area until pickup.

14. Do you offer after-school programs?
Yes. We offer a variety of extracurricular activities including music, art, sports, coding, and language clubs.
15. Are field trips part of the curriculum?
Yes. We organize educational and fun field trips for all age groups with proper supervision and safety measures.

16. How do you communicate with parents?
We use a secure parent communication app, email updates, newsletters, and regular parent-teacher meetings.
17. Can parents volunteer or visit the classroom?
Absolutely! We encourage parental involvement and offer opportunities to volunteer, especially during events and classroom activities.
